Design builder FINFROCK wants to break the ground for the multi-family Aliro project in spring 2022.
Multi-family project will be completed for the first time in FINFROCK’s new production facility in Belle Glade
NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, U.S., Oct. 6, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – FINFROCK, a design builder and manufacturer that recently expanded into South Florida, is named as an architect, structural engineer, precast concrete manufacturer and general contractor for a $ 120 million -Dollar expansion of Aliro Apartments, a North Miami Beach apartment building owned by Optimum Properties, based in New Jersey. The groundbreaking should take place in spring 2022.

The Aliro Apartments project includes the renovation of five existing buildings with a total of 870 units currently, the addition of a nine-story building with 516 units and a 21,200 square meter building. and the creation of two residential car parks with a total of more than 1,000 parking spaces.
“With 870 units already occupied, the site presents the challenge of building with minimal disruption to current residents,” added President Bill Finfrock. “But with FINFROCK’s unique construction solution, most of the construction work will take place off-site so that Aliro’s residents do not experience heavy construction site traffic, inconvenient rubble or disruptive construction work that normally occurs on a project of this size.”
FINFROCK’s award-winning architecture team designed the Aliro Apartments with radius balconies and a wide range of luxurious amenities that offer residents their very own communal amenities just a few steps away from their living spaces. The new 21,200 square meter leisure building will have an area of 2,600 square meters. Clubhouse, a 3,700-square-foot. Cafe and Market, 5,500 sq. ft. residential warehouse, 1,800 sq.-ft. Work-from-home lounge, a 3,300-square-meter fitness area and an additional 4,300-square-meter space for retail, leasing and a spa for pets.
At the beginning of this year, FINFROCK broke ground on the 140,000 square foot property. Production facility in Belle Glade, on the site of the former Glades correctional facility. The company’s expansion in Palm Beach County will generate 200 jobs in the area and more than $ 242 million in economic incentives.
