A teenager with autism is missing after he was last seen near the beach in Miami Beach Sunday afternoon, police said.
Michael Sebastián Vargas was last seen at 1 p.m. near Collins Ave. 6969 was spotted wearing a red Spider-Man shirt, blue shorts and gray and blue sneakers, according to the Miami Beach Police Department.
The 16-year-old is 5’10” and weighs 140 pounds.
