Location Ventures Launches Condominium Gross sales for Blended-Use Condominiums from URBIN, Co-Working Way of life in Miami Seaside and Coconut Grove – PROFILE Miami
The URBIN Miami Beach at 1260 Washington Ave. was designed by Touzet Studio under the direction of Carlos Prio-Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez-Touzet. The building’s facade will complement the playful energy of Miami Beach, with geometric styles and colors found throughout the neighborhood with a nod to Art Deco heritage. The common area and amenities are curated by Meyer Davis, the award-winning New York City design studio. The property is undergoing a complete renovation of the existing 33,488 square foot lot, in addition to developing a 44,000 square foot building.
URBIN’s second location is 3162 Commodore Plaza in Coconut Grove, less than a five-minute walk from the newly opened CocoWalk. Arquitectonica and Paredes Architects designed the exterior in such a way that it blends seamlessly with the contemporary new buildings in the area. The residences have an interior design by am studio, a boutique design cooperation dedicated to creating cohesive, imaginative and dreamy spaces. The development of URBIN Coconut Grove includes the conversion of an almost 33,000 square meter commercial building, an approximately 5,000 square meter restaurant and a 23,490 square meter property as well as a basic development.
URBIN will join the renaissance and expansion currently taking place on Washington Avenue and Commodore Plaza – two streets in two of the city’s most thriving and sought-after boroughs. The URBIN sales launch aims to reach both domestic and international investors attracted to South Florida by providing a range of residential workplaces unique in the market.
