Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have finally sold their huge waterfront home in Miami for a whopping $ 22 million.
The sale comes nearly two years after it first hit the market at $ 32.5 million. But with no offers, the couple were forced to cut the price by nearly $ 10 million.
But they still walk away with a hefty profit. Wade, 39, and Union, 48, first bought the house in 2010 for $ 10.6 million.
The couple most recently found a buyer for their $ 5.9 million Los Angeles home after slashing the price as well.
The former Miami Heat player and three-time NBA champion married the actress in 2014 after a six-year relationship, with a brief split in 2013. They share a 2-year-old daughter, Kaavia James.
