Police are investigating an early morning shootout at a Miami Beach intersection that injured at least one man.
Officials were seen near the 2900 block of Collins Avenue just before 6:30 a.m. after a group of people reportedly shot each other.
POLICE: At 6:26 a.m. this morning, MBPD received a call about a possible shooting near 29 Street and Collins Avenue. Upon arrival of the officers, a man with an apparent gunshot wound was located and transported to the Ryder Trauma Unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

A person was reportedly shot in the stomach and taken to the Ryder Trauma Center. Its condition is currently unknown.
The police did not provide any information about the shooters involved either.
