Confidante Miami Beach, Mid-Beach’s playful oceanfront oasis that embodies the retro glamor of Miami, is pleased to announce the completion of its latest renovation that now includes 35 suites in a multi-million dollar renovation of the modern 339-room hotel Mid-century includes October 2021. As one of the hotels with the largest guest bathrooms and walk-in showers, The Confidante is rapidly changing the landscape of the South Florida hospitality industry. Ceiling windows and separate living rooms with a queen-size sofa bed make them ideal accommodations for bachelorette parties and families.
Located in the heart of Miami Beach on 4041 Collins Ave, The Confidante has offered elegant accommodations, unparalleled activations, world-class mixology, fine dining, and live music since opening in 2016. In response to increased demand for suites, The Confidante has added 21 new suites, including the 575-square-foot Vista Balcony Suite, complete with separate seating areas with vibrant, modern mid-century decor, retro bar carts, and balconies with partial ocean views; the 570 square meter Ocean View Balcony Suite with a fully furnished balcony and uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean; and the 625 square meter Miami Suite with separate living areas, views of the Magic City skyline and a walk-in shower with a free-standing bathtub.
Designed with the intention of making you feel like your own personal sanctuary, the first class suites at the Confidante evoke sophistication, yet are warm, inviting and approachable in the middle of the beach. The renovation unfolded the dream home by combining mills in the beach house style and an airy, neutral palette with geometrically patterned carpets, floors with a hard surface and accents in coral, blue-green and metallic gold, creating an idyllic transition oasis in which the guests from their sleeping place Going to the sleeping area is a mid-century living room for entertainment. With Canada-based designer James McIntyre heading the design of the newly renovated suites, this is the first renovation of the iconic hotel rooms since 2016.
The newly introduced guest suites at The Confidante revitalize the individually designed rooms and add to the luxurious ambience and lively character of the hotel by the sea, while at the same time maintaining the glitz and glamor of the 1950s. In addition, redesigned bathroom layouts, new fixtures and finishes enhance the guest experience while they relax in elegant luxury that is usually uncommon in historic hotels.
