1. Miami Beach has made a resolution support Prosecuting cases in which the arrested person already has a criminal record and to Appeal all cases dismissed by judges. The change will affect 90% of cases that are regularly rejected. (WPLG local 10)

2. Knaus Beerenhof will open again on October 26th. The farm has been operating in Homestead since 1956 and is usually open between November and mid-April. (WSVN)

4. A. Broward County Pastor was Arrested Monday and faces Domestic violence charges after an incident in North Luderdale. Police say Damion Orlando Archat hit and pushed the victim to the ground. (NBC Miami)
