The unique property in Miami Seaside needs to interrupt the gross sales document with a proposal value of 123.5 million US {dollars}
A sprawling two-villa property on Miami Beach’s over-exclusive Star Island has just gone up for sale at a staggering $ 123.5 million.
Man-made in the 1920s, Star Island is a private-type landmass accessible by just one dam that juts out over the turquoise waters of South Beach.
The gated community supports a total of 30 villas; it’s about as exclusive as Miami real estate.

And the property in question is as insanely opulent as a private island property valued at $ 123.5 million.
The giant block belongs to the founder of oral care company DenTek, John Jansheski, and has not one but two massive houses on the property.
The first mansion, a 1920s Mediterranean-style home, came with the property when Jancheski bought the island property for north of $ 11 million in 2011.
The oral care magnate then decoupled the centuries-old mansion, designed by renowned 1920s architect Walter DeGarmo, from the mainland and relocated the entire building 50m towards the front of the property to make way for the construction of a second mansion.
The new home, an eight-bedroom contemporary masterpiece suitable for a billionaire, was designed by well-known mega mansion makers SAOTA.

What the South African company has created is a residence like we’ve never seen before.
Glass everywhere, endless views of Biscayne Bay and direct access to the water.
Of course, the ultra-modern house also offers every imaginable living luxury: curved infinity pool, wine cellar, fitness room, spa, sauna – even a hairdressing salon.

While the $ 123.5 million price tag may seem absurd, as crazy as it sounds, it can be realistic.
Just last month, the Wall Street Journal reported the purchase of another property on Star Island by hedge fund manager Ken Griffin for a whopping $ 103 million.
So the $ 123.5 million is not beyond what is possible.
When that sale price is hit, it will not only become the most expensive home sold on Star Island, but also the most expensive property ever sold in Miami. Period.
