Police examine North Miami Seashore residence focused by shooter – WSVN 7News | Miami Information, Climate, Sports activities
NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) – Police are investigating of a shooting that happened outside of a home in North Miami Beach.
The crime scene was blocked off on Northeast 15th Place and 185th Street, Tuesday morning.
Two vehicles appeared to have bullet holes in them.
Homeowners said the shooting happened earlier in the day and investigators have been on the scene since trying to figure out what occurred.
Police have not released any names of suspects.
According to the homeowner, an 18-year-old relative used to live in the house and believes the shooter was targeting him.
Monday night, another shooting occurred outside of the same home, making this the third time the house was targeted.
Neighbors described the scene as a SWAT team showed up.
“Last night was like ‘Brrrrrup!’ Like that. I thought it was fireworks, something like that, and two minutes later, the whole thing went off with the police,” a neighbor said. “Last night was already SWAT team here, like in the green house here. The whole thing was full of police, even more than today.”
Police have not confirmed any of the information the homeowner relayed.
