Driftwood Hospitality Management has taken over management of the Palihouse Miami Beach and rebranded the property as Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach.
Inspired by the French word trouvaille (“find”), Hotel Trouvail, at 3101 Indian Creek Drive, is owned by Greenbrier Partners LLC. it has 29 employees.
“We are excited to bring this new concept which promises a more St. Tropez-meets-Miami experience,” said Scott Cornelius, regional director of operations for Driftwood Hospitality Management, in a news release. “The rebrand will maximize the investment made in the interior of the building and elevate the property to a more sophisticated experience, appealing to a new, affluent clientele.”

With 70 rooms and studios – most with kitchenettes – the property offers hotel service and amenities with Airbnb-size rooms.
A French-inspired restaurant, which will debut in early 2023, will feature a bar menu with handcrafted and seasonal cocktails, plus French pastries, crepes and salads. There will be more than a dozen wines by the glass and several high-end sommelier selections highlighting French wine regions including Rhone, Provence and Languedoc Roussillon.
North Palm Beach-based Driftwood Hospitality develops and operates hotels throughout the US and Latin America. It has 69 hotels and more than 13,089 rooms in business travel, convention markets and resort destinations nationwide.
