Florida Family Primary Care Centers is a leading endangered primary care provider serving over 25,000 commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage members in the Bay Area. The acquisition will expand MBMG’s ability to provide high quality care to communities across Florida. The terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
