Man hospitalized after taking pictures in Wendy’s drive-thru in North Miami Seaside – WSVN 7News | Miami Information, Climate, Sports activities

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) – Rescue workers rushed a man to the hospital after police said he was shot dead by Wendy while driving through North Miami Beach.

North Miami Beach police responded to the crime scene near North Miami Avenue and Northeast 167th Street on Saturday afternoon.

@myNMBPolice is investigating a shootout that occurred in the Wendy’s passage (25 NE 167 St). A male victim was located at a nearby gas station and transported to the Aventura Trauma Center. The other vehicle occupants fled the scene. No suspicious information at this time.

The victim was taken to Aventura Hospital in an unknown condition.

Investigators said others who were initially in the car with him ran away.

The police did not provide any further information, the investigations are ongoing.
