Israeli concept, HaSalon opens in Miami Beach
Major Food Group, the creative force behind bustling restaurants like Carbone, continues its expansion in South Florida with an outpost of HaSalon, the renowned Israeli restaurant originally founded in Tel Aviv. The project, which opens on November 24th in the former home of a legendary Miami Beach institution, China Grill, marks a groundbreaking collaboration between the two industry leaders. Guests at the restaurant can look forward to nightly celebrations, theater and the much acclaimed Israeli cuisine that defines the HaSalon brand in its sister outposts in Tel Aviv, New York City and Ibiza.

Marea from the Altamarea Group will only arrive in Miami for two days during Art Basel. On the terrace of the Kimpton Hotel, which houses the Altamarea Group’s younger sister restaurant, Osteria Morini, this dinner range offers some of the signature Marea dishes, including the iconic squid fusilli.
