Fasano Involves South Seaside after JHSF Acquires Artwork Deco COMO Metropolitan Miami Seaside Lodge – PROFIL Miami

Brazil-based real estate development company JHSF, led by Fábio Auriemo, has acquired the COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach Hotel on 2445 Collins Avenue for $ 70 million, approximately $ 946,000 per key. The over-the-counter transaction was led by Susan Gale of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented both the buyer and the seller. The acquisition is JHSF’s first in South Florida and they plan to renovate and rename the property a Fasano.

The property has 74 keys and was first built in 1939. It was formerly known as the Traymore Hotel. It has a beach club, a swimming pool on the ground floor with pool garden, a swimming pool on the roof, a gym and a restaurant which is currently Traymore by Michael Schwartz.
