Now gourmets can see for themselves what chef Isaac Perlman has made a name in what he describes as “fine and casual” cuisine. Perlman opened its first restaurant in North Miami Beach right on Biscayne Boulevard.
Chef IP, as he is better known, has been cooking in high-end Miami homes for almost 10 years, but Perl’s goal – you can imagine where the name comes from – is to create a menu that is accessible to everyone and Making the most of it from Mediterranean and Japanese influences.
“I always dreamed of opening my own restaurant, and after a successful career as a private chef for over a decade, my dream finally came true,” Perlman said in a press release. “I want to offer all of my past, present, and new guests a welcoming, accessible, yet luxurious space in which to enjoy my food, eat and feel like they have a delicious home.”

The bread is baked in the house every day and there is a dessert called God’s Gift (a warm Nutella croissant with vanilla gelato).
